Assistant Restaurant Manager

St. Thomas Restaurant Group is currently seeking a strong, experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager!

We are looking for the right candidate to uphold our company standards and philosophy, while leading by example. The qualities that will make this person successful in this role are:
- Scrupulous attention to detail with a "get things done" attitude
- Highly focused, dependable, organized, and able to make responsible decisions
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and stay focused in stressful or challenging situations
- Strong knowledge of fine dining steps of service and wine knowledge

The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in all foodservice operations including guest relations, staff development and supervision, quality control, general cleanliness and overall efficiency of Front of the House operations. The person in this role also reacts to directives from the Restaurant Manager in a professional, supportive and timely manner. Implements processes and procedures accordingly.

This is a full-time salaried position, requiring 50 hours per week, offering health insurance and a $300 monthly meal card. Must have a flexible schedule and availability to work weekends, holidays, and closing shifts. Previous success in similar role in a fine dining establishment highly desired.

General Manager

St. Thomas Restaurant Group is currently seeking a strong, experienced Restaurant General Manager! 

We are looking for the right candidate to uphold our company standards and philosophy, while leading by example. In addition, the qualities that will make this person successful in this role are: attention to detail with a "get things done" attitude; highly focused and organized; ability to handle multiple priorities and stay focused in stressful situations; strong knowledge of fine dining steps of service; wine knowledge; ability to hire, coach, and train FOH employees; experience with budget and sales reporting; and comfortable using QuickBooks, Aloha, and Microsoft Office products.

This is a full-time permanent, year-round, salaried position, requiring 50 hours per week, offering health insurance and a $300 monthly meal card. Must have a flexible schedule and availability to work weekends, holidays, and closing shifts. Previous success in similar role in a fine dining establishment highly desired.

Host/Hostess - Pesce/Agave

Pesce Italian and Agave Mexican are seeking to fill the position of Host/Hostess. The duties of this position include managing reservations, controlling the flow of the floor, and ensuring guests are properly seated and served.

The ideal candidate would have fine dining experience, an outgoing, friendly personality and superior organization and customer service skills. Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays is required.

Experienced Bartender - Agave

Our candidates understand what it takes to create a memorable dining experience, keep on perfecting their steps of service and maintain great wine knowledge. Two years bartending experience is preferred. Attention to detail is essential. Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays is required.

We are looking for a skillful, outgoing, high-volume bartender who can manage to make every guest at the busy bar feel spoiled and will "click" with the rest of our team.
